Yess! So I’m not the most consistent. I honestly don’t even know where people come from when they read a blog…
But imagine how happy I was when I read this today. I’ve never really shared my writing, because obviously who would want to know what’s in my mind. I always felt like people had better things to do in life.
But I got couple likes from my previous post so I was also very pleased about that. Interestingly enough, I incidentally watched Julie & Julia, played by Meryl Streep and Amy Adams.
It’s a 2009 comedy with a fun twist of life, hopes, obsession, and dreams.
If you haven’t watched the movie, it’s basically about a girl who idolized Julia Child, a famous American cook that fell in love with French cuisine. Julia Child understood the servantless concept of Americans without cooks and wanted to make French food accessible for all Americans, basically.
Then there was Julie Powell, who was stuck in corporate slavery (and not even up the ladder) as she face horrible company ethics and an a*hole manager.
She then started to indulge in her passion of cooking by recreating all the recipes in Julia’s Child book of recipe within 365 days, and she recorded every of it on her blog.
It’s needless to say that I was inspired by this true story, just as I do with every other true story… even if it only lasts for 48 hours, and latest 72 hours… It is still inspiring though.
And so here I am.
Half-heartedly committing to a 365 challenge of blogging. Trust me when I say I’ll always have something to share.
For example the consequences of my bad habits, impulsiveness to start new side hustles, overspending and addiction ot travel, and my hate towards society.
I know I’m asking for too much… but… please drop a comment if you’d continue to read my blog.. it would mean the world to me.
Would wordpress remind me about this post btw in like a year from now? Like google photos? Lol. I’m new to this. Bear with me.
